Heybike Cityscape vs Heybike Mars: Which One Wins?
April 29, 2025 | by Max Rider

So, I’ve been looking at electric bikes lately and the two that kept showing up everywhere were the Heybike Cityscape vs Heybike Mars. At first they looked kinda similar, but once I actually looked into them, I realized they’re made for totally different types of riders. If you’re stuck trying to decide like I was, here’s my honest take — no boring specs talk, just what actually matters when you’re choosing between these two.
Design & Daily Use – Heybike Cityscape vs Heybike Mars
The Cityscape has more of a city bike look. It’s got a chill design, easy to get on and off, and there’s a rack in the back if you wanna throw a bag or something. Just feels like it was built for normal everyday stuff, like going to the store or just cruising around.
Now the Mars is… different. Smaller, way chunkier, and it has those fat tires that look kinda cool but also kinda aggressive. It’s not really something you’d take for just smooth city rides — more like, if you’re going off-road or into some rougher areas.
Battery & Range Comparison
Okay so, battery life — not a huge difference, but still worth mentioning.
- Cityscape gives around 40 miles on pedal assist, which is pretty solid.
- Mars is like 37 miles, but if you’re on bumpy stuff, it might run out faster.
If you’re just riding on streets or around the neighborhood, both should last a good while.
Comfort & Ride Feel
Riding the Cityscape feels super smooth. Like, it almost glides on pavement. The seat’s comfy, and your back doesn’t hurt after a while. Definitely made for chill rides.
The Mars, though… it’s a little more bumpy on the road. But once you take it off-road, it’s a beast. The big tires really help on dirt or gravel, and it doesn’t shake you around as much as you’d think.
Folding & Storage
This one’s easy — Heybike Mars folds, and Cityscape doesn’t. If you don’t have a garage or you’re short on space, that foldable design is actually super useful. You can throw it in your trunk or even take it inside easily.
The Cityscape is bigger, so you kinda need a spot for it. Might be annoying if you live somewhere small.
Price Stuff
From what I’ve seen, the Cityscape is usually a bit cheaper. The Mars costs more, but you do get the fat tires and folding frame and all that. I guess it depends if those things matter to you. If you’re just riding to school or work, maybe the cheaper one is fine.
Final Thoughts – Heybike Cityscape vs Heybike Mars
If you’re riding around town, wanna look kinda classy, and just need something simple and solid — go with the Heybike Cityscape.
But if you like going off the path a bit, or want a bike that folds and can handle more than just pavement — the Heybike Mars is probs better for you.
Honestly, you can’t really go wrong with either. It just depends how and where you ride
